Please observe the terms of business and travel regulations of the concerning Airline. These regulations are indicated in the booking step two and must be confirmed by you before the end of booking.
1. EU regulation on hand luggage
EU, Norway, Iceland and Switzerland
Departing from airports in the European Union, Norway Iceland and Switzerland passengers must not lead liquids (including drinks, toothpaste, hair gels, soups, lotions, perfume and other items of a similar consistency) in the hand luggage.
Exceptions:
- Liquids or comparable items of a similar consistency in small quantities and in small single containers in their hand luggage. In this case, it must be ensured that the liquids are in single containers with a capacity not greater than 100 ml. All of these single containers must be packed in one transparent plastic bag with a capacity not greater than 1 litre.
- Baby food (including milk an juices for fellow baby or infant passengers). Passengers can be asked to present them at the check point.
- Medical or special dietary liquids that must be used during the flight
- Duty free goods, which have been purchased on the day of the flight in a shop following the checking of boarding cards at an airport or on board a plane, in a transparent bag sealed by the sales outlet. The bag must contain a proof of purchase that can be read from outside the bag, on which the date and place of sale are recorded.
2. In each case the articles which could endanger the aircraft, the board equipment or persons are not permitted on board
Especially explosives, compressed gases, oxidising, radioactive and corrosive or magnetising, flammable, toxic or aggressive substances and any kinds of article which are classified as dangerous goods.
Furthermore articles that are not suitable for carriage because of their weight, size or nature are not permitted.
It is forbidden to carry weapons of any kind, ammunition and any explosive substances, sharp objects, blunt instruments lighter filled with lighter fluid (Zippo).
In case of a connecting flight, where the first flight and the connecting flight take place from an airport within the EU, liquids that satisfy the conditions of 'exceptions' may be taken on board the connecting flight. This does not apply to flights from non-European Union countries, which are not subject to the EU regulations, e. g. passengers coming from Russia and having their connecting flight in Europe are not allowed to take the above-mentioned goods on board and must transport them as non-hand luggage.
Passengers could be required to remove their coats, jackets or blazers during the security check at the airport and take large electronic items such as laptops out of their pockets. Please observe that since March 2007 the hand luggage aircrafts is restricted to a maximum size of 56 x 45 x 25 cm. Exceptions, such as for musical instrument, are still valid.
3. Lost and damaged luggage
Should your luggage has been lost (misdirected) or damaged, please contact immediately the Lost & Found desk. There you will be asked to fill in a claim form.
4. Check-in
Please make sure that you are on time at the check-in desk so that you can be checked in and receive your boarding pass before the check-in deadline. In case you are too late at the check-in desk we cannot refund your ticket and you have to pay in full and to buy a new ticket for other flight.
5. Documents needed to entry Russia
Countries like Russia require the presentation of a valid passport, a visa and/or special forms in its conditions of entry. Please ask before departure about actual conditions of entrance in the Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
6. Are the tickets transferable?
No, they are not transferable. Tickets are always issued on a certain passenger. This passenger has to be identified with his/her valid identity card with photo or passport and the reservation number at the check-in desk.
Nevertheless, in certain cases and under certain conditions the change of a participant's name is possible.
7. How to get tickets at the most favourable prices?
Longer time span between the reservation date and the planned takeoff enables the customer to get tickets at the most favourable prices. If you book beyond the rush hours, as for example during the week your chance to get a cheaper ticket is higher. The prices of a ticket rise as sooner the takeoff is. You can profit from our favorable offers, if you book as early as possible.
8. Travelling with child
Please observe that some countries afford special documents for your child. If your surname is different from the surname of your child you should have documents which evidence the fact that it is yours or the permission to travel with.
9. What it is necessary to consider in respect of health before flight?
Before tourist travel you should consider your physical condition and your ability to fly. At existing illness, presence of weakness and frequent application of medicines consult before your trip your attending physician.
10. Are pregnant women allowed to travel?
Pregnant women may be carried up to 4 week before the calculated natal appointment. The return flight must also have been occurred up to this time. The fact that the 36 pregnancy week is not crossed yet, the presentation of the mother's passport or a medical certificate can be required as evidence.
