TCH Transport Clearing House Europe GmbH General Terms and Conditions of Trade (GCTC) for Flights, Hotels and Other Travel Services from the TCH Europe Brand

I. Conditions for the Bookings of Flights, Hotels and Other Travel Services from TCH Europe

TCH Europe in 12159 Berlin, Rheinstraße 16 acts exclusively as an intermediary of flight transportation services of third parties and supplementary bookable travel services such as tickets of Russian Railway, rental vehicles, hotels, travel insurance, visa procurement and airport transfers within the scope of its activities.

Our contractual obligations are limited to the brokerage of the offered and booked services. The implementation of the booked services does not belong amongst our contractual obligations.

TCH Europe itself does not organize any travel.

In the event of a booking, the contract for the booked service is exclusively between the person booking and the respective provider of the travel services (airline, hotel operator, rental vehicle company, insurance company, et cetera). The following conditions apply exclusively to our brokerage activities and not for the brokered service, for which the conditions of the respective service provider are exclusively valid.

The General Terms and Condition of Trade of the service provider are displayed upon selection of the flight route. Knowledge of these must be confirmed before booking.

II. Services from TCH Europe, Order - Booking

1. The booking can be done on the internet, service hotline or a travel agency.
A service charge will be applied to flight bookings made via the service hotline and travel agency per route and person whose actual costs are noted in information on the internet or can be requested via the service hotline.
Upon filling out the information fields and completing the booking via the TCH Europe website, the purchasing person delegates bindingly the TCH Europe to facilitate the transportation service or any other service, which is provided by the third service provider.
You are bound to your booking order upon the conclusion of the booking process. You have the opportunity to terminate the booking process at all times prior to the conclusion of the booking. You must be 18 years or older to make a booking.

2. No paper tickets or other transportation documents will be created or sent via post, expect of particular situations. In this case the additional service charge will be added to the end price of the transportation service. In case of required paper tickets, you will receive the paper ticket at the counter of TCH at Domodedovo Airport. Please show your passport and the printed out electronic ticket, when receiving the paper ticket.
You will receive a booking confirmation upon booking, which will be sent on your E-mail adress. This allows you, upon presentation of your valid personal identification/passport/visa, to check in to the booked airline, hotel and/or to take possession of the booked rental vehicle. Please proceed immediately to the check-in counter of the booked airline, the reception at the booked hotel or the counter of the rental vehicle company and present your booking confirmation with reservation number there.

3. The person booking is solely responsible for ensuring that the person(s) travelling carry all necessary identification documents/visas corresponding to the entry conditions for the respective destination countries. This especially applies to accompanying children.

4. The booked services are only valid for the persons named during the booking and are not transferable.

5. In the event of last minute changes to the travel services by the service provider such as flight time changes or similar, TCH Europe will inform you of this via the communication provided media (email, fax, etc).
Regardless of this, you are obligated to check your flight times via the TCH Europe website 24 hours or at the website of the airline you are flying with before departure. III. Limitation of Liability/Guarantee from TCH Europe

TCH Europe is reliant on the airlines and service providers for the correctness of the information about the brokered services. TCH Europe has no opportunity to determine the accuracy of this information. TCH Europe provides no guarantee or assurances in regards to the accuracy, completeness or up-to-date nature of this information. The same applies to all other information contained on this website and provided by third parties.

IV. Collection of the Travel Costs

TCH Europe is assigned by the service provides to collect the travel costs.
The services can only be booked and paid via credit cards insofar as the individual service providers have not stipulated or accept other forms of payment.

By entering your complete credit card information, you authorize us to collect the travel costs due from your credit card on behalf of the service providers.

Payment is due upon booking. Only means of payment named on the website are accepted.

You will only receive booking confirmation upon entry of valid payment information.

V. Booking Confirmation/Tickets

1. With the confirmation of your booking order from TCH Europe, the contract brokered by TCH Europe with the respective service provider will become effective immediately.

2. You are obligated to inspect the booking confirmation provided to you for accuracy and to immediately inform TCH Europe if there any problems with your booking.

VI. Luggage

The allowance of checked and hand luggage are regulated in the GCTC and transportation guidelines of the respective airlines. The same applies to the transportation of animals, sports equipment, special luggage and notification regulations.

VII. Changes in Booking/Cancellation

1. Changes and cancellations as well as the costs for these are regulated by the GCTC of the respective service providers.
Please pay attention, that all Air Berlin flights are only bookable as "Spartarif". 

2. We recommend concluding travel cancellation expenses insurance or, if necessary.

Cancellation of the brokered services must be arranged with the respective service provider. If you ask TCH Europe to convey the cancellation, the cancellation must be submitted in writing per email, fax or letter and provide both reasonable cause as well as the booking number.

VIII. Note Regarding Passport, Visa and Health Regulations

1. For notes, questions and detailed information regarding passport, visa and health regulations for your travel destination, please consult your embassy, consulate and any other responsible authority to receive this information.

2. In respects to this information, TCH Europe is reliant upon information provided by third parties. The relevant information could change at any time. Therefore, TCH Europe provides no guarantee or assurances in regards to the accuracy, completeness or up-to-date nature of this information. Liability for this on the part of TCH Europe is prohibited.

IX. General Conditions

This website is available to the users solely for their own use. This website can only be used in the legally permissible manner as per the contract, particularly in regards to compliance with these General Terms and Conditions of Trade.
In particular:
- You must ensure that no unauthorized bookings are made in your name on the website.
- You must insure the accuracy and completeness of all information provided about you or the persons traveling.

X. Force Majeure

TCH Europe is not liable for the consequences of force majeuer. This includes regulations by the governments or authorities, war, inner unrest, airplane hijacking, terror attacks, fire, flood, power outages, accidents, storms, strikes, lock outs and other labor dispute measures which influence the service of TCH Europe and its service providers.

XI. Data Security

TCH Europe uses the internationally certified SSL certificate. This allows your personal information to be transmitted with the highest security standard of encryption.

This website is operated by TCH Europe Transport Clearing House Europe GmbH, registered at Rheinstraße 16 in 12159 Berlin.
